I figure about 99% of global warming is caused by the sun. The last 1% comes from the million-degree temperatures (http://www.examiner.com/x-21818-Virginia-Beach-Conservative-Examiner~y2009m11d22-Al-Gore-thinks-the-Earth-is-actually-hotter-than-the-Sun) beneath the surface of the Earth.
