At first when I read it I was a bit confussed, then I wondered exactly how fast Tony had managed to get there, and then when I realised what had happened I loved it, because to see Steve and Tony working together strategically, not just hitting out, is brilliant, and I love that Tony, who so often calls people whilst he's bein Iron Man - Rhodes in Iron Man 1, Pepper when with the nuke in Avengers, multiple times in this fic - here has the call being the part where hes's Iron Man. If that makes sense? But yes, I loved that bit.
