If there is a serious question of his guilt/innocence (and I hardly find some UN dunce especially compelling) then there should be a retrial based on the merits of the case, not an attitude of 'oh well, he's gonna die, guess we should just let him go'. You know all the people all over the world in jail? They're all going to die. Amazing.
why not show him the compassion he didn’t show his victims? We should strive to be better than terrorists, not equals. The end result of “an eye for an eye” is just a whole lot of blind people.
Typical liberal response. Go talk to the families of the dead and talk to them about the compassion they should have for this man.
