Basically Baltar was saying stuff to Gaeta about "playing both sides", by not fighting the Cylons on their lists, but giving the lists to the rebels. I guess you could say he was telling Gaeta he was passive aggressive. *shrug* He did lean in and whisper something else into Gaeta's ear and that seemed to set him off.
And yeah, the quadrangle is getting tiring. I wanted both Anders and Dee to dump Kara and Lee. Bad enough those two are screwed up on their own, now they're screwing up two other people. *sigh*
