Well like I said... it's totally all Sel's fault. Because I say it is.
Of course I have no evidence of this being the way the Athosians in general and Teyla in particular see things. Really we've gotten very little in the way of insight into their society not related to death. But I've seen many stories floating around out there that deal with cultures focused primarily on repopulation, it was nice to think that maybe the Athosians would be different. Plus -- the angst ;)
