Ah, a nice hot shower... makes everything all better :D
So I already have my schedule for next semester sorted out... looks a little something like this:
Monday
Earth Systems Science -- 11:00 - 12:20
Spanish, 2nd Semester -- 12:30 - 1:50
Elementary Concepts of Math -- 6:00 - 7:55
Tuesday
Spanish Lab -- 10:00 - 11:20
Introduction to Education -- 4:10 - 6:50
Wednesday
Earth Systems Science -- 11:00 - 12:20
Spanish, 2nd Semester -- 12:30 - 1:50
Elementary Concepts of Math -- 6:00 - 7:55
Thursday
Spanish Lab -- 10:00 - 11:20
Earth Systems Science Lab -- 1:00 - 2:55
Friday:
Earth Systems Science -- 11:00 - 12:20
Spanish, 2nd Semester -- 12:30 - 1:50
I'm still thinking about taking a 1-unit sports class as well, since the above only comes to 15 units (and I'm not quite brave enough to take that 2-unit educational computing class, since it's brand new and there's no one to tell me how scary it is). Of course, thanks to the weirdness of my schedule, the only available sports classes would be Yoga and Self Defense for Women. Now, I'm very not flexible and I'm pretty sure self-defense requires you to actually do stuff in front of other people, so neither are really jumping out at me. At the same time, I hate not to take anything. You never know what that one little nothing unit will make a difference. Plus I know all too well that when I don't take a class with some kind of physical activity... I'm a sloth.

Sitting here watching the election returns come in. So far no huge surprises - no gains in the US House or Senate, moderate gains for the Dems in gubernatorial races, both expected - but the "key" races have yet to be called. Methinks there will be counting into the wee hours of the morning. And man, if that doesn't take me back to the 2000 election. Heheh.

Looks like the Pit of Eternal Damnation (otherwise known as SDJ) is down. Gee. And it's not even Christmas yet.

Looking back at my LJ I realize I've been igoring my QotD as of late. So here's my Quote of the Week, with a politcal flavor in honor of Election Day...
"It depends on what the meaning of the word is is. If the...if he...if is means is and never has been, that is not - that is one thing. If it means there is none, that was a completely true statement."
Sure, it's old... but it's a classic
