Sep. 29th, 2009 03:14 amFYI, I am totally loving both Barney/Robin (HIMYM) and Leonard/Penny (BBT) right now.
(I think it's funny, however, that both series so far this season have had the same sort of 'theme' of "it's weird to be in a relationship/have sex with a friend". Is that where we - or our entertainment - are as society right now where sleeping with someone you hardly know is considered 'normal' (for Barney and Robin, at least) but when you actually know and are friends with each other beforehand, it isn't? Granted, of all four of the aforemented characters, Penny is probably the only one who could be considered 'normal', and she's also the one we know the least about.)
