BOO

I'm watching this Travel Channel show on America's Scariest Halloween Attractions and I'm really wishing there was somebody else in my family who enjoyed Halloween as much as I do.

I helped put together a haunted house when I was in high school, for a community Halloween event at the school, and it was really fun and I guess that's always stayed with me. I love going through the Halloween store and I could spend about a million dollars there... especially the decor.

I'm reading The Engines of God by Jack McDevitt... it's not as good so far as his Alex Benedict books, but it's passable. I'm also listening to Goblet of Fire during my commute, and I haven't read it in so long that it's kind of new -- I remember what happens at the end, but not the specifics. Sort of makes me look forward to the ride.

For my birthday, my cousin bought me The Giver, which I have heard a lot of good things about but never actually read. And then I have another book from OSC's Enderverse waiting for me, on hold, at the library. Just have to remember to go get it...
