Jan. 25th, 2006 01:51 pmThe optomistrist's office called yesterday morning and said that my second box of contacts were in (my left eye needs a stronger Rx than they usually keep in stock, so it took about a week and a half).
So since I felt a little more perky today, I drove down to the office.
When I get there, the gal goes to get the contacts... and can't find them. Anywhere. She has the invoice, she just doesn't know where they are. So she reorders them. Left eye is still backordered, so it'll take another week and a half. Good thing I thought to make this latest appointment while I still had lenses left over from last year's Rx.
Honestly. Is the world trying to drive me insane?
