Overall a good episode. Aside from Adama, I thought everyone's reaction to the discovery of the Cylons was rather muted. I mean, I didn't expect Roslin to throw a tantrum over Tori (who, by the way, I like less every time I see her), but considering how we're reminded of Starbuck's screwedupedness at every opportunity, she seemed strangely calm.
The episode did seem a little rushed as well. And once the humans and Cylons decided to work together to find earth, the bottom kind of dropped out of the tension bucket, if you know what I mean.
I couldn't really enjoy everyone's celebration over finding earth, because I kept wanting to scream: STOP COUNTING YOUR CHICKENS BEFORE THEY HATCH. Granted, I was not expecting what they discovered - although I was having strange Planet of the Apes flashbacks... You Maniacs! You blew it up! Ah, damn you! God damn you all to hell! - but I knew it had to be something bad. Duh. This is BSG.
