I grew up only 30 minutes from New London, CT and when I heard the decision I was like, "I knew it. There go big developers getting their way again." I'm glad to see someone trying to stand up to them even if it's DeLay (he's not exactly a lot of people's favorite person right now). I hope it's successful and the people can keep their homes.

Well, it's not just DeLay, but I agree -- someone needs to tell those 5 justices where to stick their 'economic development', and I'm glad to finally see Congress stepping up to the plate a little.
